| Hill-Pehle Publishing is a small family owned business located in the heart of East Texas near the city of Athens. It is owned by Melissa and David Hill. We broke into the publishing world in 2004 as we attempted to self publish Melissa's first novel "Final Betrayal". As with most beginners, we fumbled and stumbled our way through several Print on Demand (POD) publishers who wanted a lot of money from us to print Melissa's book. At that point, we decided to publish her book completely on our own and it was much easier than we expected. After publishing her second book "Desperate Betrayal", we began to offer our services to the general public so they could benefit from our experience. We feel that anyone who has taken the time to write a book deserves the chance to see it published even if the mainstream publishers won't accept it.
